The FLInt Net is the Fellow Laborers’ International Network of Churches, Ministries, Intercessory Prayer Groups and Equipping Centers. We are an association of ministers and ministries joined together by desire and relationship, linked through the apostolic office, to fulfill divine purposes and callings of individuals and churches to complete the Great Commission. We believe that by being connected, each is better enabled to raise up, disciple, and equip God’s people to do His work.

We are Fellow Laborers:

We believe that establishing and supporting local assemblies of Christians is the most effective method of carrying out the Great Commission and reaching the world with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is our conviction that the best place for raising up disciples under the teachings of the Lord is at the local level with local oversight and care. In the model supplied by the apostle
Paul’s work in Ephesus, we believe that each local church, city, or area may be a center for training up and equipping saints for the works of service. We find that through association, all resources at the local level may be used with greater efficiency than was heretofore thought possible.

Equipping the saints:

Ephesians 4:11,12: “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ”. We believe that all five ascension ministries listed in Ephesians 4:11 are in existence and operating in the kingdom of God today, functioning under many different titles depending upon church or denominational background. In accordance with Ephesians 4:12, we
believe that it is of utmost importance for the five-fold ministers of today’s church to equip others to do the works of service in the body of Christ. We believe that the Lord gave the Church the mandate to raise up and equip disciples to the Lord Jesus Christ (Matt 28:19a). Likewise, we believe that most people can be equipped to train others also: 2 Timothy 2:2: “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.”

Lloyd’s Biography:

Lloyd Phillips is director of Fellow Laborers’ International Network (FLInt Net). This network of churches, ministries, and intercessors is working together to fulfill the great commission. Lloyd presently resides in Missoula, MT with Terri, his wife. Lloyd has been teaching, preaching, and leading others into the empowerments of the Holy Spirit for more than 35 years. He travels, teaches, presents seminars, and ministers in order to establish God’s apostolic order within churches in the USA and other countries. As he ministers he consistently models the early church fathers’ pattern to “both do and teach.” His work in the USA and other countries is completed in a spirit of wisdom, insight, and compassion with accompanying signs and wonders. Lloyd is a graduate of the University of Montana with a degree in anthropology, and advanced training in history, Native American studies, teaching, and biblical studies. Lloyd is an active member of his city’s ministerial association and has served as a member of the leadership team of that organization. His various other ministerial associations and apostolic networks include the Evangelical Messengers Assn Intl’ (EMAI), the Missoula Christian Network (MCN) and the Morningstar Fellowship of Ministries (MFM). Lloyd has also been a member of the board of directors of an intermediate housing facility for Christian outreach to former inmates.  He has been the chairperson
of the Prayer Task Force for the Missoula Christian Network. The FLInt Net supplies relational covering and spiritual input for many interdependent churches and several discipleship and intercessory prayer programs throughout the United States and other nations. The activities of the Fellow Laborer’s discipleship program include: the N.E.T.S. course (Necessary Equipping in Truth Series) – a series of audio seminars designed to lay foundations for individuals and Church groups; Seminars on God’s grace empowerments with release of the accompanying manifestations of speaking in tongues and prophecy, the gifts of healing, and word of knowledge and word of wisdom, and miracles; Conferences featuring Lloyd and other nationally known speakers on many topics including that of Apostles and Prophets and the ascension ministries of Christ in the Church; Organized prayer walking through towns and cities; and concentrated teaching on spiritual mapping and spiritual warfare. Lloyd has traveled extensively around the United States and abroad in an effort to teach and equip God’s people to do the works of Christian ministry. This is the main thrust of Lloyd’s ministry; that he might equip others so that they may in turn equip others also. Lloyd and his wife Terri have been married for thirty eight years and have two children, Amber (husband Matt) and Lee, and two wonderful grand-children, Mikaela and Alexander. Terri and Lloyd both have a burning desire to see the Kingdom of God extended. Lloyd has made himself available to serve the needs of the body of Christ wherever God chooses to send him.

In all of this, Lloyd draws his strength to help to equip the people of God to walk in the power, love, and freedom which is given them from our Lord Jesus Christ.
